Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

Damaged orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the lamp is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
